Eligibility for Exchanges & Refunds

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Sale items, final clearance products, and undergarments (if applicable) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Exchanges

  • If you received the wrong size or a defective item, we offer free exchanges (subject to stock availability).

Refunds
